1. Data Stored by the App

Album Craft helps you organize photo albums, add photo notes, view photo information, and create or share PDFs.

The app does not require account creation or sign-in. It stores photo notes entered by the user, photo-note matching data, photo identifiers assigned to user albums, PDF settings, and app settings locally on the user's device.

2. Photos and Metadata

• Photo library access is used to display photos and albums, share photos selected by the user, and export selected photos as PDFs.
• Photo capture dates, EXIF data, and location information may be displayed in the app or included in generated PDFs when available.
• When you open a location link, a map app or web map service may be opened. Those services may process data according to their own policies.
• Album Craft does not upload or store your original photos, photo notes, or album organization data on a developer-operated remote server.

3. Storage and Retention

• Core app data is stored in local storage on the user's device.
• PDF files and share files may be created in temporary device storage when the user exports or shares content.
• When the user exports a backup, an .acbackup file may be created. This file may include photo notes and related photo identifier data.
• Deleting the app may remove app data stored on the device. PDFs, photos, and backup files separately saved or shared by the user must be managed by the user.

4. Permissions

• Photo Library: displaying photos and albums, selecting photos, sharing photos, and creating PDFs
• Files: importing and exporting .acbackup backup files
• Sharing: sharing photos, PDFs, and backup files selected by the user
• Internet: displaying ads and opening location links or web map screens selected by the user

5. Advertising Identifiers (Google AdMob)

Album Craft uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google and its partners may process certain data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, performance, and measurement purposes.

This may include advertising identifiers and ad interaction data such as ad impressions or clicks.

6. Data Sharing

Album Craft does not provide a backend account system for storing original photos, photo notes, or album organization data on a remote server.

However, when the user uses sharing features, selected photos, PDFs, or backup files may be sent to the app or service chosen by the user. Third-party services such as Google AdMob, map apps, or web map services may process data according to their own policies.

7. Your Choices

• You can allow or deny permissions such as photo library access in your device settings.
• You can remove local app data by using in-app delete features where available or by deleting the app.
• You can choose whether to create PDFs, share files, export backups, or import backups.
